Hello! Were looking for a single occupant for our open 2br/1ba. The rooms are perfect for a single working person or student of similar age who enjoys spacious living and is easy-going, tidy and respectful and has no pets. Occasional overnight guests are okay, but were not looking for a couple.

What it is: the entire 2nd level of a 4 story fully remodeled home (2400sq feet). It includes 1 large bedroom with adjoining full bathroom as well as an accompanying living room. The bedroom and living room could be partially furnished (bed, nightstands, office desk and chair) if desired.

About us: We are two ~30 year olds who work in tech (one working from home). Were easy going, enjoy a quiet work week but like to go out on the weekends.
