Recently lovely restored 14th century tower, converted into a bijou getaway for 2/3 in a delightful secluded village. Still only 20 minutes by car from the beach and 10 minutes from the local town of Sarzana with shops and a wide variety of places where to eat and drink. Sarzana is known for its art-dealers, artists, traditional festivals, there is always pleanty to immerse yourself in. Also, only 5 minutes away there is the hilltop medieval town of Fosdinovo, with its castle where Dante wrote the Inferno. Our village, Giucano, is a gem in itself. Three hundred residents, two churches, one restaurant, tiny pedestrian streets- whats not to love??? Our apartment is the perfect base from which to explore: Tuscany, Le Cinque Terre, Lunigiana and Liguria. We have taken every care to preserve the original features and ambiance of this amazing bolt-hole. We have only used eco-friendly paints, and products, also all the appliances are new and top of the range.
