Hello! I will be subleasing my furnished beautiful, quiet, sunny Canyon home from mid May - August (loose possibility to extend into August)

The home is an in-law, attached to a producers home, and very private. There is tons of street parking (and no street sweeping!) If you walk just 5 minutes down the Canyon, youll find Beachwood village which has a grocery store, dry cleaner, shipping store and a great restaurant. If you head further into the Canyon youll find the Hollywood sign and the legendary Lake Hollywood park.

The house itself has a patio overlooking the neighborhood, two sets of double doors that open, an antique claw foot bath/shower and antique stove that works for cooking.

The neighborhood is quiet, sunny and filled with trees and flowers and historic homes. Its convenient to Hollywood (12 mins away) and Los Feliz (10 mins away) as well as Franklin village (just outside the Canyon.)

Please keep in mind this is a sublease, so my belongings will still be in the home! A full closet will be empty and shelves in the bathroom for your belongings. The total price is slightly less than my rent as a courtesy since my belongings are in two of the closets. There are towels, sheets and everything you need. This home is quiet, and so is the neighborhood, so this isnt a good choice if you are keen on hosting parties, get togethers etc.
