Hi! I am looking to sublease my student apartment bedroom located by USF. It is located in a walkable, safe neighborhood and is less than 10 mins away from campus. All roommates are under 25 years old and all are very nice, friendly, and clean. Management is very nice and maintenance is speedy. The room has been well taken care of and will be deep cleaned upon my moving out.
