Rent is $950 + utilities, which usually run about $120, so you would pay about $60. Including internet and cable (breezeline), everything comes out to about $1050 a month. The other roommate is a 60 year old photographer from New York. He is kind, clean, and keeps to himself. The house is filled with art and is furnished.
