I am looking to sublease my college apartment for the Summer as I will not be in Tucson. The apartment community is very calm and friendly. The apartment is located just down the road from the UofA campus (2 minute drive, 10 minute walk) on Park Ave. The room I am looking to sublease comes with a bed, desk, and dresser, as well as a two door closet. I am willing to leave some of the cabinets/nightstand that I bought and assembled because I wont need them over the summer. The apartment is a good size and basically has two living rooms, one being a "game room", equipped with a pong table and foosball table. You will have your own bathroom, and to be honest, it is small, but it has everything you need and the shower works great. There are new kitchen appliances and the microwave/stove/oven are nice. There is high speed internet. My current roommate (great people) may or may not be staying here over the summer as well, he does not know yet. One thing to be aware of is that there are no TVs in the apartment. I can be flexible for the start date of the lease. My last final exam will be on May 9th and I would need a day or two afterwards to move out. The term of the lease ends on 7/31/2024.
