Hi!! I am subleasing two rooms in The Hub on Park! It is a beautiful building and I need someone to take over for Mid may - July. There are 3 other roommates who are super sweet, and you will have a shared bathroom. The first few photos are in the first room and the last few are in the second room, you can either get them separate or together but those two rooms will share the bathroom. Each room is $1525 a month minus utilities. The apartment offers a study room, mail room, free computers and printers, a gym that has both a steam room and sauna, and a rooftop pool and hot tub.
