i am subletting this apartment for the month of June which is the final month of my current lease. For the first month (June), we will pay half of your rent so you will only have to pay $1,192.50 (plus $75 sublet fee) for 2bd 1ba. If you would like to extend the lease, you can also sign a 12-month lease for July 2024 - July 2025 after which you will have to pay the full rent which is $2,410.
