Hello, Im subleasing my apartment co-ed apartment that is a 4x4 at The Forum for the the fall and spring semester oof 2024/25 (only 8 minutes away from campus) for $715. Utilities are not included, but they dont usually go higher than $75 dollars. Also, the apartment is already fully furnished, and theres a pool as well as a gym/basketball court and a volleyball court. If interested, let me know.
