I am looking for an individual that is responsible and is over their party phase, this would be ideal for someone who is coming out of the state and would need a over their party phase.

Since my every possession and very curated house would be handed over I am looking for someone trust worthy with references that I can do a credit score check on.
Proof of funds and or steady income.
