We are looking for two subletters (preferably students) from June 1st to the end of August. The building is located up on Pine Avenue right next to the beautiful Mont Royal. It is a 10 minute walk from McGill University. The apartment is fully furnished with all amenities included in the rent price (wifi, heat, hydro, electricity). There is a washer/dryer in the unit.
