Im looking to sublet my place from May 1 to Aug 31, with the possibility to renew the lease for the upcoming year. The rent is $1400 per month, and its a very spacious/clean room. The whole unit has been renovated within the last two years, and theres laundry inside of the house (located in the basement). The whole place itself consists of two rooms and one bathroom (washroom will be shared with another student) and the room is fully furnished (queen sized bed, desk, wardrobe). Its like a 30 second walk from Wellesley station and an 8 minute walk from UofT, also a one minute walk from the Bay-Yonge Corridor.
