Comes with most of the furniture, including bed, futon couch, dresser, bookshelves, tv stand, coffee table, desk, desk chair, and rugs. It comes with two window AC units so it stay cool in the summer. Also has two skylights in the bedroom and bathroom. Only subletting for JUNE and JULY because I graduate in May and lease ends August 1.
