I am relocating for a new job out of state and need to sublet my apartment that has a lease ending date of 7/31/24.

-1 bed 1 bath rehabbed unit. Roughly 1k square feet.
-$1,750 per month in rent.

-Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed but a small fee is required.
-Lease start date of current and ending on 7-31 (I can be flexible on these dates for shorter or longer)
-$75 application fee paid to my landlord, who will need to approve of tenant in addition to myself. The landlord will not allow a short team lease beyond the 7/31 end date, can renew for a lease ending in April 2025.
-Central AC/heat with in unit laundry
-easy street parking (both permit and non permit)
-Close by to the CTA western brown line as well as Lincoln Square shops. Neighborhood is Lincoln Square.
-Storage locker in basement.
