Hello! My name is Kara, and I am hoping to find someone to move into my apt in the beginning of May. It is not necessarily a sublet as you will have your own lease you are signing. My contract expires on 6/2, but I am moving end of April and hoping to find someone who can move in before my lease ends. My apt complex offers yearly and biyearly lease contracts. It is a great, cozy, corner unit. Great lighting and a great view. Its also next to the stairwell so I do not have neighbors on either side. Just a block from downtown McKinney and Finch Park. Great amenities.
