Im looking to move out before the first of June so looking for someone to take over the lease as a sublease. The lease is for a bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment on the 15th floor. The room has its own storage and a personal bathroom. There are a washer and dryer in the apartment to share with roommates. Amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, study rooms, conference rooms, and pooltables.
