The apartment is a 7-minute walk to the Soho and 15 minutes to The New School/ NYU campus area. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with an A/C - heater unit in each room, and a fully renovated apartment is equipped with brand new appliances including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer unit in the Kitchen. All of us are neat freaks and thus the apartment is super clean and in pristine condition.
