I am looking for someone to take my lease for August of 2024- July 2025. I will no longer be attending TXST, this place is really nice, and if you are a TXST student you have a shuttle that takes you to and from campus everyday. You are right next to a Hospital, the big Target, and also one exit down from the San Marcos Outlet Mall. The roomate that is still going to be living there is a Female, but she is really sweet and gets a long with a lot of people. The place is fully furnished, comes with internet, a screened in Patio/ Balcony, hard wood flooring, and you have your own bathroom that is connected to your bedroom!
