On summer nights, you can open the window, lie in bed, and hear beautiful Latin music playing in the distance. Its truly magical. Theres somewhere around 35 units in the building, give or take, and all the neighbors are very respectful of one another. Its quite a lovely community.

The Columbia Heights Metro station is a mere 5 min walk away (Green Line) which is pretty great on those cold, windy, wet, or snowy days!

Conveniently located near tons of restaurants, grocery stores, Circulator/MetroBus lines, public parks, bars, and much more!
I cant overstate how great this location truly is.
