Available from May to August, this room is in a 4 bed 2 bath suite and has a common space. The bathroom is shared with one other person. A complimentary breakfast meal plan will be included as well in the $1450, and you will have access to free Wi-Fi, and amenities such as a Gym, Study lounges, and Sky lounges (with a great view of Toronto), Dance room, Movie theatres, Ping Pong rooms, Lego room, among others. Everything is available 24/7. This accommodation is available to anyone, and not just UofT students. Fun fact- I have LED lights in my room to set any mood!
There are common kitchens including all appliances such as oven, microwave, fridge and stove on every even floor.
Additionally, there is coinamatic laundry service of floor 2A, which is accessible 24/7.
The location is very central. There is Rexall, 7 Eleven, T&T supermarket (for grocery), Subway, Burger King, all at a few meters from the building. There is direct connection to street cars and closest TTC stations are Spadina and Queens Park.
