I have a room available in a 4 bedroom apartment at 13th and Olive downtown! I just left UO and am hoping to get someone to relet my lease. I live with three other roommates, two guys and a girl. Theyre all very sweet and down-to-earth. Our apartment unit has AC, heating, dishwasher and a washing and drying unit, and amenities include a two story gym, pool/hot tub, and a clubhouse. The apartment is near a bunch of great food places, tattoo shops, and is in close proximity to UO. Because the bus stop is right there, most students take the bus as transportation to campus. My April rent has been paid off, so its essentially a free month if you move in now, and the lease ends in late August. The apartment is pretty spacious for an apartment in Eugene too, (4Bd 4.5 Ba) and rent is anywhere from ~$680-710 depending on the monthly utility bill.. also there is no weekly amount due despite this listing saying so.
