The carpeted bedroom has a sizable closet and a full bed with 6 drawers and 2 shoe shelves for storage below, next to an openable large window with blackout curtains. Desk and chair, plenty of outlets around the room. Heating in the bedroom and AC/central eating in the living space. Full bathroom with a Bluetooth speaker in the shower head. 4 excellent roommates with a sense of style and comedy, and who love murder mysteries and movie nights. A mini fridge for drinks and a full fridge in the kitchen is provided by the apartment building, and another large separate freezer is provided by yours truly. In-unit washer and dryer with fast access to elevators and trash/recycling shoot. Rooftop pool and hot tub, free gym, community space, and another hot tub on the second floor, weekly events, and breakfast in the apartment lobby once per week. I will hopefully be studying film abroad in Ireland and will struggle to pay for both rent and the program, so Im looking to sublet for the summer term.
