This is a mens 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment. My current roommates are very quiet and respectful, they also do their part in keeping the place clean. I definitely got lucky in the roommate department. One roommate has a cat named Bean, hes adorable. We share the kitchen and living room area but he have our own rooms and bathrooms. I will be moving out April 30th so I need someone to finish off my lease that ends at the end of July. You can also renew the lease or make a new one at the end of your time here. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from The University of Texas at Arlington. You can check out all the amenities at their website (Liv+ Arlington). The room comes with 2 drawers, a desk, a chair, and a full sized bed. I can also throw in the TV shown in the pictures for free. It works perfectly, I just never use it. Everything else that does not come with the room will be emptied out as theyre my things, and I will undergo a deep clean before you move in.
