Looking for a people student or two people students to take over my lease from May 1st- August 31 (after that you can renew and extend the lease for another year). Rent is $2029/month, utilities are included in the rent. This is a private bedroom with a den attached to it. The bathroom and kitchen you will share with two other peoples student who are sharing the other occupied room.
