I am subleasing my room from our 3 bedroom apartment. The room will not come furnished, but the rest of the apartment will be. The room will fit a full bed and desk comfortably. You would share a bathroom with 1 roommate. There is in-unit laundry, microwave, central A/C, an included parking spot, and a back porch. There is a cat living in the apartment who unfortunately does not do well with other pets, so we cannot accept any other dogs or cats. He does, however, love people and is very friendly. The apartment is located in between Pilsen and Chinatown off of 16th street and Halsted. A 20 minute walk from Chinatown, UIC, and walking distance from tons of great restaurants and things to do. We prefer a female roommate, also preferably between the ages of 20-30. The earliest move-in date is May 1st. The lease ends on 8/1, so move-out must be done no late than 7/31. $664 a month is the rent, this does not include WiFi, Gas, or Electric. Those utilities are done separate and split monthly.
