Subleases will require you sign a lease with me for my protection purposes also photo id front and back with a selfie of you holding your license next to your face. I will go over all this again when the time comes. Sublease is a minimum of 1 month. If you need weekly options contact me you will be required to go through sublet unless for some reason you cant use sublet then we will talk.(Contract with photo id front and back as well as selfie with id). sublet CUSTOMERS IF YOU CANT BOOK ON THE APP/ GET APPROVED I OFFER CONTRACTS BUT RULES ARE STRICT NO PARTIES AT ALL. IF ITS A SMALL GATHERING TELL ME I CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU JUST PLEASE BE TRUTHFUL SO I CAN HELP YOU HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE WITH NO ISSUES. ALSO THE GUEST UNIT IS CONSIDERED A FULL 1 bed bath but is discounted because it is in the back portion of my home. Thank you in advance for subleasing or booking your stay with me. *DEPOSITS ARE BASED OFF AGE AND REFERENCES IF YOU ARE 18-25 I require 3 references I can speak with and that know you. I WILL CALL sublet AS WELL IF YOU ARENT ON THE APP. If you can provide 3 references and at least show me you can afford to pay not asking for bank statements and pay stubs just be able to show me you have your deposit will be half of first month rent with $200 off the next months rent. 25 and up I require 1 reference and proof you can afford to pay on time as well and half of first months and next months is $200 off. If you cant provide me with any references or proof of income full deposit is required. IF YOU CANT BOOK ON sublet YOU AUTOMATICALLY ARE BEING CHARGED $75 extra because of the risk. NO STAYS OVER A MONTH CAN BE PROCESSED THROUGH sublet. Once your deposit is paid your lease will be sent to you to sign all units Yale technology you will be provided the code to th door as well as the address if you require a gate card gym etc they will be on the counters upon arrival 2 of the Apartments include onsite laundry, Gyms, Multi Purpose Rooms, Dog parks, Playgrounds for Children as well as valet trash and a compactor in the front for both. WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE TO ELM MARIETTA YOU WILL BE GIVEN A GATE CODE TO ENTER AND ONCE YOU ENTER THE APARTMENT THE GATE Keycard WILL BE ON COUNTER. IF YOU LOSE ANY OF THE AMENTITY CARDS YOU WILL PAY THE $75 fee the office charges for both complexes Im not paying for your mistakes.
