I am a faculty at Texas A&M Kingsville. I am looking to sublease my apartment at Legends Kingsville for the summer (starting around May 15 or a little later) of 2024 through July 31, 2025. The unit is already contracted and secured for the next years leasing term (August 2024 through July 2025). The unit is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a monthly rent of $999. I will pay $50 per month, so your monthly rental fee will be $949. Utilities and internet wifi are included in the rent with a $40 cap; if you go over, you will need to pay the difference.
