I am looking for a summer sublet for my bedroom this summer. The room is in a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, a common dining area, a living room, and a nice kitchen with new appliances. The building amenities include laundry, a games room with a pool table, and a gym. The bedroom itself has tons of storage space, a study desk (and chair), and a bed. The building is also right on Dalhousie campus and walking distance to SMU.
