Beautiful 1 Furnished master bedroom suite with a queen size Murphy bed with new mattress, night stand, lamp, dresser, desk, desk lamp, chair, closet with hangers, A/C and a locking door (with its own private bathroom). All you need to supply in the room is sheets, blankets, pillow and towels, including bills. I think this makes the most sense. The bedroom has lots of natural sunlight with a very big living room, a unit washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen.

The area is safe and quiet with great neighbors and is a quick walk to all amenities, dining spots, pubs, restaurants and grocery stores.

About me: Im a friendly, polite working professional and a bit conservative so I would prefer someone who is responsible, respectful, cleans after themselves, who needs a great place to live. I dont want a party house or tons of guests and please no drugs.
