Looking for someone to sublet a studio apartment in the Franklintown area from beginning of June to mid July (7/20). Theres an option to do a lease takeover and renew as well. Its in the Hamilton building and has great amenities like a gym, coworking spaces, rooftop deck, amazon locker for packages, etc. Its a block away from Giant and the Spring Garden station so groceries and public transit are super convenient. Theres in unit washer/dryer as well as a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. I prefer not to furnish it but might be able to leave a bed if you need it. The studio has plenty of space for me but theres a huge amount of common spaces in the building if you wanted more space to stretch your legs.
The last month of the lease will be prorated for around $800. I had a really great time living here and am sad to be moving out - would have definitely renewed my lease if I wasnt moving out of the area. Message me if youre interested!
