The lease is a 6 month minimum, although a further 12 months may be available after initial 6 months is up. Unit is quiet, private and clean. Unit is furnished, recently painted, furniture upgrades and I provide $150 off first month rent for bedding and whatever the unit might not supply. Parking for two cars, on site laundry, 2 pools, tennis and pickelball courts (?). Close to Dunedin, Ozona and Palm Harbor. Very comfortable.
