Location: Located on College and Spadina. 1 minute walk to UofT campus, 5 minutes walk to Chinatown.

Rental terms: Lease takeover/lease assignment. I have permission from my landlord to assign my tenancy on the same terms. The lease term is May-August then is a 1-year lease renewal if chosen.
