Summer Sublease in Kerrytown!! (May-July 12)
Bedroom in a beautiful house in Kerrytown across the street from the Nursing School. This bedroom is on the first floor with plenty of natural light. Youll have friendly roommates that are in and out this Summer and share a bathroom with a maximum of one other person. Rent is $700/month, but Im willing to negotiate. There is a nice kitchen and living room, as well as in-unit laundry. This house is in a great location as its a 5 min walk to the Glen and Catherine bus stop, 7 min walk to North Quad dining hall, 14 min walk to the Diag and a 10 min walk to the Palmer Rec Facility. I will cover monthly utilities and the $50 application fee! No air conditioning but big window and fan provided! This is the naturally coolest room in the house :))
