I am looking for a student to sublet my room or transfer my lease in a shared accommodation of 4 people from May 4 to August 31 (end of my lease).

The apartment is located 20 meters from the Guy-Concordia metro station in downtown Montreal, convenient for getting around.

Its an apartment in a student residence, Le Within, which completed its work last summer so everything is new inside.

The apartment is furnished, dishes, towels, sheets, bed, sofa, TV, dishwasher, washing machines, etc. as seen in the photos.

There are two bathrooms for the four bedrooms but there have only been 3 of us since December and I dont think we will have a new roommate.

There is a roof top, a balcony connected to the living room and a basement fitted out with a large kitchen, a ping pong table, a giant screen, a study room, etc.

The rent is $1600 including taxes and the owner will require documents such as salary statements as proof of financial capacity

The entire building is automated and is controlled via the residences mobile application (mail, door opening, etc.)

I leave Montreal on May 4, but I can leave the room from the 1st if necessary

SOUS-LOCATION / CESSION DE BAIL

Je cherche un tudiant pour sous louer ma chambre ou cder mon bail dans une colocation de 4 personnes du 4 Mai au 31 Aot (fin de mon bail).

Lappartement est situ 20 mtres de la station de mtro Guy-Concordia dans le centre ville de Montral, pratique pour se dplacer.

Cest un appartement dans une rsidence tudiante, Le Within, qui a termin ses travaux lt dernier donc tout est neuf lintrieur.

Lapparement est meubl, vaisselle, linge de toilettes, draps, lit, canap, tl, lave-vaisselle, laves-linge, comme on le voit sur les photos.

Il y a deux salles de bains pour les quatre chambres mais on nest que 3 depuis dcembre et je ne crois pas que nous aurons un nouveau colocataire.

Il y a un roof top, un balcon reli au salon et un basement amnag avec une grande cuisine, une table de ping pong, un cran gant, une salle dtude,

Le loyer est de 1600$ taxes incluent et le propritaire exigera des document comme des relevs de salaires comme preuves de capacit financires

Tout limmeuble est automatis et se contrle via lapplication mobile de la rsidence (courrier, ouverture des portes, )

Je quitte Montral le 4 Mai, mais je peux laisser la chambre partir du 1er si besoin
