Apartment amenities include private study rooms, a gym, rooftop pool, and balcony area. The space includes a kitchen and living space, and the leasing term would be from May 1 - July 28. Rent is $1313 plus utilities (around $40), and you will also need to pay any application fees associated with the process through Moontower.
