Hi my roommate (26f) and I (32m) are looking to sublet a bedroom for 3-4 months, April - July. The bedroom is on the first floor along with a full bathroom and one car garage. We also have 2 parking spaces, in unit laundry, and a rooftop space. We currently have a cat so ideally no other pets are allowed. Were in a great area of the Santa Fe Art District, close to 6th.
