Hello! I am subleasing from April 28th to July 31st. My room is in unit A which consists of two floors of 6 total bedrooms and 4 total bathrooms. 3 tenants are on each floor. The place already comes with a kitchen and laundry machine on each floor. My bedroom is in the basement on the front side, as there is a bathroom right by the room that is shared with the tenant in the middle room of the basement. For the bedroom, I would be happy to keep the bed and desk in the room for the summer tenant. The bed is a full size. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to reach out!
