THE HOUSE
The House is a calm and sunny haven in the Richmond Annex neighborhood. The house features a large and comfortably furnished living room, separate dining room, and a beautiful kitchen with gas range stove, dishwasher, etc. The 3 bedrooms are spaced out in a way that allows everyone to have their own space and privacy, while also having ample common space to enjoy. Theres a lovely backyard shared with our downstairs neighbors, and a private deck that gets direct sunlight most of the day.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Richmond Annex is a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood. Our street features plenty of free parking and has bus stops nearby. El Cerrito BART less than a mile away. Within walking distance is the El Cerrito Plaza which has a Trader Joes, Luckys, Barnes and Nobles, other various shops. Were close enough to San Pablo to easily access the amenities nearby but the neighborhood is well set back and quiet. Solano Ave nearby. All major freeways accessible within a mile.
THE ROOM
The bedroom opening up is medium size with generous closet space and two large windows overlooking our serene backyard. Please note the bedroom is off of the dining room/kitchen area, so expect some foot traffic as housemates move about- if you are extremely sensitive to noise, this may be difficult, as we may be cooking, hanging in the living room, etc. The bathroom is located next door and is shared with one other housemate.
THE HOUSEMATES
C is a 28yo male who was born and raised in the Bay Area. Hes a mechanic by trade and in his free time enjoys working on side projects with his friends and riding his motorcycle. He identifies as an introvert and is an all around kind, respectful and extremely considerate human being. He has the master bedroom and his own bathroom. His partner E lives nearby and he spends 3-4 nights a week with her, split between her house and ours.
R is a 30yo nonbinary person who works as an administrative assistant. They enjoy videogames and reading.
THE VIBE
Its important to us to maintain a calm and happy home environment that we can all enjoy together. The house is 420 friendly and while we dont smoke in common areas, we do in our individual rooms. Beer and other alcohol is also kept in the house.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The room is for only- if you have an SO who will regularly be coming over, please bring them along for the house tour
Please be gainfully employed or in school and able to pass a credit check, per the landlords requirements
MOVE IN
Room is available as soon as possible.
The Security deposit will come out to $933,for the rest of the month (of March) we will only charge a prorated rent. The monthly rent, however, comes out to $1,033. First month (prorated), last month (full) and security deposit can be made in payments or all at once. If you would like to discuss move in costs as well let us know and we can make something work but the monthly rent will remain at that rate.
Additional utilities include the amenities which are split among the housesmates (Wifi, PGE) and a cleaning service which comes once a month.
