I am moving for work and looking for someone to sublet my apartment on May 1st.

The unit is called Classica. I am on the 3rd floor facing inward so its very quiet, I work from home and its been a great location. It has 2 pools, a lap pool and a lounge pool. A very nice apartment gym and is pet friendly. It also has direct access to the Cross Cut Canal and Papago Park!
The lease officially ends July 9th however you will have the option to extend it before July and you can do so for a month by month basis(for a bit of a higher cost) or for a full lease term.
Rent: $1,802/month
Covered parking spot: $30/month
