am looking for someone to take over my lease it is a private 1 bedroom 1 bath the bedroom is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, nightstand, and a dresser. There are 3 other female tenets in the apartment but anyone is welcome but you have to be a student since it is student housing. There is a washer and drier in the apartment along with a full kitchen and living room space. There is a fitness center along with a pool, it is very close to university village that has a Costco and plenty of restaurants.
