I am going away for 6 months to Europe. My landlord will be in charge of collecting the rent from you. Everything is in the place. I will lock up many personal belongings in the closet. It is not the Taj Mahal but it is a decent place in a decent area. There will be sheets and towels, utensils, pots and pans, a TV with ROKU, high speed cable, some books and DVDs to rummage thru and watch, a comfortable bed and a hot shower.
