The apartment is a 4x4 apartment. with a shared living room and kitchen. It is a private bedroom with its own adjoining bathroom with bathtub. The room is also furnished and comes with a ceiling fan. There are two windows in the bedroom, allowing for plenty of natural light.
There will likely be only 1 other roommate, but it is possible the other rooms may fill.
Utilities: Everything but electricity is covered by rent
