I am subleasing my room in this wonderful 2 Bed, 2 Bath apartment, which is located just a few miles from the Grandfather Mountain Profile Trail and the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. It is an ideal spot for easy going professionals, as well as grad students who just want to get away from the traffic in Boone. This apartment comes with Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and parking (though utilities are not included in the rent), as well as easy access to the town of Banner Elk. My roommate will remain in the unit until the expiration of the lease on August 31st, which comes with the possibility of renewal. The apartment is also pet friendly and handicap accessible.
