Hi! Im Megan and Im looking for someone to sublease my room and attached bath in a 2 bad 2 bath apartment in The Bridges. I will be studying abroad for the semester so Im looking for someone to live in the room January - May but dates can be flexible. During the fall semester the room will be shared by two people but we are both going to be gone, so one or two people could live in the room depending on the preference. Including utilities, rent is about $1000 for someone to have their own room, but we are willing to pay $200 per month as a stipend. There is optional parking in the garage for $165 per month.
