Hi Im looking for a sublease for my apartment off of Iuka Ave from mid May (date negotiable) to end of July. Its a two bed two bath and there is free parking included. Its a quick walk from campus and is in a pretty safe area. There is one other girl who will be there but she wont be around too often. The apartment is not furnished so you would have to have your own bedroom furniture. The couch will most likely stay. It does have new appliances and a washer dryer in unit and utilities are not included.
