It comes fully furnished with all the necessary amenities: a washer and dryer, WiFi, Heating and Air - Conditioning, and a dedicated work desk in your room. You will share common spaces with 2 male college students. The apartment is also very close to University City and a train station that can take you anywhere in Philadelphia.
