Im looking for someone to take over my apartment lease.

Im looking to move out on 4/1, which is the middle of my lease. So youd be here for 6 months + 1 week (April 1st-Oct. 8th, 2024). I can be slightly flexible on your move-in date, but I definitely need to be out no later than April 9th!

So, Im looking for a replacement tenant during this period, after which (if you choose) youd be able to renew a new lease with the apt. complex (The Atlantic At East Delray). NO DEPOSIT is needed, as I already paid the deposit!

Ill be leaving the country, so Im also selling ALL the furniture & wall art you see in these pics (for a separate, very reasonable price). This includes the 50-inch flat-screen TV, light-up birch tree, & all lamps. The couch is basically brand new still.

So if you want this then you have yourself a 100% fully furnished place already. However, if you are not interested in this furniture/wall decor, then I can & would sell it all separately before you move in.

All that would be needed is a background check (conducted by the apt. complex as theyre already aware Im going to be finding a replacement tenant). There is a beautiful lake view right outside the front door, and a Whole Foods thats a 3 min walk across the street. This apt. is just in an absolute prime location...

The neighbors are extremely quiet and friendly.

The $2,129 price is just rent. There would also be utilities/electricity that would be due each month. With water/trash/sewer/Amazon Door Delivery added it comes out to exactly $2222.23 total/month.

Pets are allowed for a 1-time $400 fee (paid to the Apt. complex). Washer/Dryer in the unit.

The complex has a nice pool & fitness center.

I dont even want to leave this apartment as I just bought all this furniture, but unforeseen circumstances are forcing me to leave. You will absolutely love it here. Beautiful & extremely convenient.
