I need to move from my apartment but still have 5+ months on the lease. The apartment will be unfurnished, but there may be some items I can leave / sell like a bedframe (king size), standing desk, small dining table etc. The lease from 3/26 through 9/6 (pro rated for partial months) is approximately $4,900 a month (small additional fees for gym / bike storage, if desired). You would need to submit credit check with the building Related Rentals and then would effectively takeover my lease. Importantly - comparable apartments in this building are currently going for $6k a month - so this is 20-25% discount to standard pricing right now, so this is a good deal. The apartment has laundry in unit, dishwasher, really good storage / closet space throughout, good lighting, can control your own AC + heat, doorman building with phenomenal service, gym is great, roof with grills and seating is great etc. I loved this apartment and was there for 3.5 years. You can check out the building on google - it is called the Tate, which will show you images of lobby, gym, roof etc.
