NO DEPOSIT NEEDED. I do expect payment to be on-time every month. There is no security deposit because my dog has done enough of the damage in the home. But I will be taking pictures to make sure everything is the same. I can also arrange to have it fixed if its that troublesome too. The price will reflect what I am paying each month, not a dollar greater or less. 1-1 Trade out to a good tenant. Credit application will be necessary and no security deposit. I will use mine to get current damages (My dog bit the wall LOL). Other than than, the location is prime, views are good and the neighbors seem to be legit. Message for more details.
