1 bedroom available with two roommates, both sophmores at CU. Im going away over the summer so Id like to find someone to sublease my room over the summer. We are moving into a house after the summer so you would be able to stay in the unit after I returned if you wanted to. We keep the place generally pretty clean. It has 1 shared bathroom, a kitchen with all the needed amenities, laundry in house, heating, a patio, and a small shed for storage. We also have a big TV with an XBOX, PS5, and Wii with most streaming services. As for the bedroom, it isnt super big but I would keep my twin bed with storage underneath, desk, desk chair, and some extra storage in the room. We also own a cat who is my roommates, but is very sweet. Rent is about $1150 per month, though since Ill be here for at least the first week in May, how we do pricing can certainly be up for discussion, as Im also potentially willing to help a little every month.
